PURPOSE:To make a longitudinal elongation amount of an adhesive sheet identical when such a sheet is attached and hold chips that are forming multiple lines by forming three faces of a stand applied with an adhesive sheet, using a stand surface where a chip holding part is in the form of a rectangular flat plane as well as flat sheet attaching faces that are prepared at lower both sides of the above stand surface. CONSTITUTION:Three faces of a stand 11 are formed by a stand surface 13 where a chip holding part 5a of an adhesive sheet 5 is in the form of a rectangular flat plane as well as flat sheet attaching faces 14 and 15 that are prepared at lower both sides of the above stand surface 13 and they can be attached by causing the adhesive sheet 5 to come into contact with a linear corner part between the stand surface 13 and respective flat faces 14 and 15 for sheet attaching. As a result, when the sheet is attached, longitudinal tensile forces acting on the adhesive sheet 5 can be unified at the inside and outside as well. If this adhesive sheet 5 is attached on both flat sheet attaching faces 14 and 15 of the stand by an elastic holding piece 12 in a state where the sheet 5 is extended in the direction of standing in line, chips 6, 6,... can be maintained by leaving a space at the chip holding part 5a at equal intervals. |
