In the lowest position of the lifting plate (2), the link system links (6,8) and joints (10,12,14,18,20) are located in the same plane. The link system is operated partly by a drive line (32) acting between the lower joints on the link system (4) and via a primary change-over device (36) and a break roller (34). The roller is located at a higher level than the primary change-over device outside the lifting plate periphery. The drive line is activated by a rotary motor (26). A lifting device conducts the final movement of the lifting plate from its lowest position by exerting a vertically directional force component on the plate. The part of the line running between the change-over device and the break roller forms part of the lifting arrangement in that its lifting movement when tensioned between rollers is used for initiating the raising movement of the lifting plate. |
