PURPOSE:To make a dust collector housing compact, by shaping a cylindrical retainer in oval or elliptic for a bag filter. CONSTITUTION:A mounting ring 1 and a reinforcing ring 4 constituting a retainer R for a bag filter are formed by bending a bar and forming the front and rear sections into arc shape sections 1a and 4a with comparatively large diameters. Also both left and right sides of the same are formed almost eclliptic rings by bending 1b and 4b sections with comparatively small diameters. The front and rear sections of a guide cylinder 2 are formed into arc surfaces 2a with comparatively large diameters, and the left and right ends are formed into almost eclliptic cylinders by bending the arc surfaces 2b with comparatively small diameters. By said process, the whole of the retainer R is formed into an almost eclliptic and lattice frame. Therefore, collecting efficiency and numbers of bag filters having equal outer peripheral lengths can be increased to a markedly large extent. |
