<p>PURPOSE:To make the drawing-out of a tape so easy, by making a tip of a roll-form tape so as to be kept in a state of being projected frontward from a tape guide roll after cutting the tape, in the case of a tape cutter for the roll tape such as a cellophane type or the like. CONSTITUTION:A roll-form tape A is attached to a supporting part of a tape holder 1 and, after a tip part of this tape A is held and drawn out as far as the specified length, when a tape guide roll 11 is pressed down by the tape, a cutter arm 8 is rotated in one direction because its eccentric position in depressed, thus it is held in an almost horizontal state by operation of a stopper mechanism X. Then, when the tip part of the drawn tape is lowered down, it hits on the cutter 12 attached to the other end of the cutter arm 8, thus the paper is cut by the cutter 12. With the cutting, the cutter arm 8 is released of its depression, so that it is rotated in the reverse direction by dint of elasticity of a leaf spring 15, and the guide roll 1 makes the tape jump up. therefore, the tape tip is projected to the front of the guide roll 11.</p> |
