PURPOSE:To measure the absorbancies of the solutions in all of the wells of a multi-tie plate at a high speed, by using a planar light source and a planar image sensor so as to arrange both of them in the same way as the wells of the multi-tie plate. CONSTITUTION:A multi-tie plate having solution like sample received in each well thereof is arranged on a planer light source block 7. Subsequently, a planar image sensor 9 is allowed to fall by a rising and falling mechanism 10 to be closely contacted with the multi-tie plate. Thereafter, a light source 1 is allowed to light and light having a desired wavelength allowed to irradiate each well from below through a wavelength selection filter 4 and an optical fiber 6. The light passing through the sample solution in each well forms image information at each corresponding position of the planar image sensor 9. Thereafter, by analyzing the position and density of the image information formed by a CPU, the absorbancies of the sample solutions in respective wells can be determined simultaneously. |
