A pivoting connection for two channels pivotable relative to one another in one plane, in particular a cable duct (7, 15) running from an office table (1) to an organisation table (9) linked thereto in an adjustable angular position, is designed, to obtain a space-saving and largely rigid connection, in such a way that the pivoting connection (17) consists of a lever linkage with two articulated levers (29) arranged crosswise on the pivoting plane when seen in plan view, which articulated levers are articulated in each case by their one end at a distance from one another on one end face (25) of one cable duct (7) and by their respectively opposite end on the adjacent end face (25) of the second cable duct (15) (Figure 2). <IMAGE>
