PURPOSE:To provide a boiling apparatus for GO juice (liquid prepared by grinding soaked soybean in the presence of lime) capable of uniformly and sufficiently steaming and aging GO juice, by using an aging tank having a discharge pipe at the top and connected with an upper end of a boiling pipe and placing the tank in a heating vessel to pass a GO juice through the boiling pipe and further through an aging pipe. CONSTITUTION:The inside of a heating vessel 1 is evacuated and a combustion chamber 2 placed below the vessel 1 is heated (8) to raise a thermal medium solution 3 to a prescribed temperature in a short time under normal pressure. A GO juice is pressed (9) into a boiling tube 4 keeping the above state and is heated to about 100 deg.C at the delivery end of the tube 4. The GO juice discharged from the tube 4 is transferred to an aging tank 5 via an upper end 4a, flowed downward under the restriction of lateral flow by a partition plate 6, turned upward through the gap between the partition plate and the bottom plate of the vessel and discharged (7). As a result, the GO juice passing through the tube 4 can be instantaneously heated to the optimum temperature, passed through the tank 5 and converted to a uniformly and sufficiently steamed state. A soya milk prepared from the GO juice has sufficiently excellent taste, flavor and palatability. |
