The present invention relates to a group management method and a system. The method comprises the following steps: receiving information about group activities conducted by group members; producing points corresponding to the received group activity information; and accumulating the produced points after dividing the same according to a certain distribution rate into alpha points and compliment points. According to the present invention, by providing group activities in a market type, group members enable to actively participate in the group activities and point accumulation can be circulated, thereby improving the effectiveness and productivity of a group. |
