PURPOSE:To improve workability, and to reduce cost by adding specific mol % SnO2 into a composition containing specific mol % Fe2O3, ZnO and MnO respectively. CONSTITUTION:1-3 mol % SnO2 is added to the composition of 61.5-65 mol % Fe2O3, 10-20 mol % ZnO and 28.5-15 mol % MnO, thus preparing single crystal ferrite. Accordingly, C/N can be improved, workability is enhanced, yield can be ameliorated, abrasion resistance is also bettered, and the single crystal ferrite can be used as a head blank at low cost. |
