0.82% Fe kaoline is leached by electrolytic process at the total current of 0.45A for 1hr in an electrolytic cell which is composed of cathode-0.5M H2SO4+1.0M sulfurous acid gas +20% kaoline solution and anode- 0.5M H2SO4+ .0M sulfurous acid gas, separated by diaphragm, using graphite and platinum as anode and cathode electrode, respectively. 0.32% Fe kaoline is obtained by filtering, rinsing and drying of the produced kaoline solution.
