The subject of the invention is a mobilisation apparatus with a hydraulic force transmission. A device according to the invention comprises two plates 2, 3 in the shape of a horseshoe, hinged at 9, and two jacks V1 and V2 connected by flexible hosing 5, containing a liquid 6. One application is mobilisation of the lower jaw. According to the invention, the force produced can be read from the jacks 8, 12. Manufacturing an apparatus according to the said invention, of a stainless and therefore sterilisable material, produces a working instrument for the practitioner. Manufacturing from a disposable material allows single use and satisfies hygiene requirements. <IMAGE>
