PURPOSE:To manufacture in a mass production efficiently molded products provided with an ornamental skin section in a raised state of adhesion by integrating a vacuum molded base skin material with a molding base, in a manner that the outer peripheral edge of the skin material is set either along the internal peripheral wall surface of a parting frame, or in engagement with the protruding edge of the parting frame, and a molding base. CONSTITUTION:In a molding surface area 55 of a parting frame 56 in a vacuum mold 50, either the outer peripheral edge 21c of an ornamental skin material 21 is set along the inner peripheral wall surface of the parting frame 56, or a hook component 25, preset integrally on the outer peripheral edge of the skin material 21, is engaged with the protruding edge of the parting frame 56, and the skin material 21 is fitted and set in. A heat softened base skin material 13 with a cushion material layer 12 of the main body of molded material is covered over the vacuum mold 50 in which the skin material 21 is set, and vacuum molding treated. After the treatment, a molding base 11 molded and manufactured separately is contact bonded with a contact bonding mold 60 by means of a bonding agent. After a fixed period of time is over, the contact bonding mold 60 is lifted up and the molding material is removed. Then, unnecessary edge of outer periphery of the base skin materials 12 and 13 of the molded body, are treated to finish the product completely. |
