The arm-band or bracelet is made up of links (11) on the back of which is a cut-out section (12). A connecting-piece (14) is inserted into the cut-out section (12) and is linked by pins (20). The connecting pieces each have a strip (16) inserted between the links (11) positionted on a separate wire (22,22a). The two ends of the wire (22,22a) fit into slots (17) on the under side of the strip (16). USE/ADVANTAGE - The arm band or bracelet has metal links between which is wire.
