PURPOSE:To execute the operation at a high speed by obtaining a concentration histogram with a hardware. CONSTITUTION:When an address is successively given from a zero address for an image memory 4 from an image memory address generating device 1, an image memory 4 outputs successively data corresponding to the address and the output data are inputted as the address of a histogram memory 5 as they are. An incrementer 6 re-writes the output to add '1' to data '0' from an inputted histogram memory 5 and form data '1' to the same address of the histogram memory 5, namely the address of the output data of the image memory 4 as it is. By repeating the same action, the whole image concentration to constitute the image memory 4 on the histogram memory 5 is accumulated and almost simultaneously, with one frame time, the operation of the concentration histogram can be completed. |
