PURPOSE:To increase a vibration strength of a color center, and also to raise an optical absorption efficiency when generating the color center, by controlling a crystalline property of a metallic oxide for forming an electrochromic film. CONSTITUTION:An optical absorption efficiency of a color center is controlled by controlling a crystalline property of a metallic oxide for forming an electrochromic film for forming the color center by an electronic injection or a Hall injection. Also, the control of a crystalline property of said electrochromic film is executed by a high frequency power of a spattering device or an ion plating device, also controlling the gaseous pressure of the time of spattering, and controlling a generating rate of an ion plating film. By these means, the crystalline property of the film is raised, and as a result, the coloring efficiency is increased. In this way, an optical absorption efficiency of the electrochromic film can be raised. |
