PURPOSE:To make handling of laminated substrates easy by forming a protective layer to provide an excess part at the edge of the layer along the outer circumference of the substrate and then forming a hard surface layer in a manner that its edge overlaps the excess part of the protective layer on the outer circumference of the substrate to form a projection from the outer circumference in the radial direction. CONSTITUTION:The protective layer 6 is formed to have an edge as an excess part 12 along the outer circumference of the substrate 2, and the hard surface layer 14 comprising a UV-curing resin is formed on the other side of the substrate. The hard surface layer 14 comprising a UV-curing resin has a projection 16 which overlaps the excess part 12 and the height H of the projection 16 is made higher than that of a swelling part 10 of an adhesive. Therefore, on handling this element, it is the projection 16, not the swelling part 10, that touches an external member. Thereby, the UV-curing resin in the excess part 12 is protected from contact with a clamp, etc., by the projection 16 on the outer circumference, and handling of the element is made easy. |
