This cylinder profile includes in series a region where the amount of vane projection increases; a region where the vane retracting speed increases; a region where the vane retracting speed decreases; a region where the vane retracting speed increases; a region where the vane retracting speed decreases; a region where the vane retracting speed increases; and a region where the vane retracting speed decreases.
