PURPOSE:To switch an optical output uninterruptibly by providing a 1st and 2nd delay circuits and a 1st and 2nd optical output circuits between a drive circuit and a photocoupler. CONSTITUTION:When an optical output changeover circuit 5 switches an optical output from an optical output circuit 3a into an optical output circuit 3b at a time t1, an optical output signal (b) of the circuit 3a is interrupted at a time t2 with a delay by a delay circuit 2a and the optical output signal (c) of the optical output circuit 3b outputs an optical output at a time t2 delayed by a delay circuit 2b. Thus, an unintrruptible optical output (d) is obtained as the output of a photocoupler 4. |
