Switched-capacitance full-wave rectifier

The invention relates to switched-capacitance circuits. The circuit which is described here is a full-wave rectifier operating in sampled fashion; the circuit includes two operational amplifiers AO1 and AO2, various capacitors C1 to C5, and switches I1 to I7 for periodically transferring charges from capacitor to capacitor so as to accomplish the desired rectifying function. This rectifier eliminates the influence of the offset voltages at the input of the operational amplifiers. Its gain can be adjusted through the choice of the ratio of the capacitances C5 and C4 of the circuit. <IMAGE>
