PURPOSE:To obtain an interior material having excellent appearance without damaging various functions as the interior material, by a method wherein a rotary member is arranged on the end edge part of a mold in contact with the interior material and constituted of the axial core formed in a bent state in maching relation to the recessed and protruded parts of the mold and a coil spring or a rotary ring. CONSTITUTION:A rotary member 45 is arranged to the end edge part of a lower mold 32 on the side of the mold registering part 41 thereof and has an axial core 46 composed of a pipe formed along the end edge part in a state bent so as to follow the configuration of the recessed and protruded parts of the end edge part 42 of a protruded part 39 and the coil spring 47 inserted in the axial core 45 in a freely rotatable manner. The end part 11a of the raw sheet material 11 of a floor carpet is held to be moved to the side of the end edge part 42 of the lower mold 32 and the raw material sheet 11 is inserted in the recessed parts 34 of the lower mold 32 under pressure while contacting with the rotary member 45. That is, the coil spring 47 of the rotary member 45 or a rotary ring 51 rotates to markedly reduce the contact resistance generated by the contact of the raw sheet material with the end edge part of the mold and the damage of an interior material is prevented. |
