<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a uniform finished surface of good quality by using an apparatus provided with a single-recessed taper type base plate radially arranged with circular blades. CONSTITUTION:When a work is cut using an intersection between lines connecting outer diameters of a single-recessed taper type base plate 3 to its center point and spiral angles of circular blades as a working surface, cutting is started at the narrow working surface from outer ends of the circular blades 5 radially arranged at the installation angle standard of about 45 deg.. The four circular blades 5 retrospectively traveling in the inner end direction and passing so as to saw and scrape are succeeded and operated in turn and continuously at this operating surface. Shavings 15 generated from the surface of the work by cutting are cleaned by the cooling of working gaps of the circular blades 5 and the wind pressure generated by the centrifugal force of the circular blades 5 and resistance plates 6 and pass vent holes 7 and through a vent cylinder 14 and are sent and accumulated into a storage bag 4. According to this function suppressing the friction heat, the degree of fatigue of the circular blades 5 is mitigated, good cutting quality is maintained, and a uniform finished surface of good quality can be obtained.</p> |
