PURPOSE:To fix plate-shaped parts on a periphery of a metal pipe without deforming the plate-shaped parts by providing prooves on the periphery of the metal pipe, inserting the plate-shaped parts having rugged parts into it and compressing the edges of the grooves in a radial direction, at the stage of adapting the plate parts on the periphery of the metal pipe. CONSTITUTION:The grooves 3 with slightly larger width than the plate thickness of the plate-shaped parts 2 to be previously attached are provided on the peripheral wall of the metal pipe 1, the plate-shaped parts 2 are inserted into said grooves 3. Then, the inner diameter of the metal pipe 1 is restricted and the edges 3a of the grooves 3 are compressed in the radial direction to fix. In this case, fine irregularities 4 are provided at the side walls of the parts 2 and the irregularities 4 are positioned in the grooves 3, and at the time of fixing the plate parts 2 on the metal pipe 1, a blank material of the metal pipe 1 is get into this irregularities 4 to fix strongly. In this way, as the plate- shaped parts 2 are not compressed, so the deformations of the parts 2 are prevented. |
