<p>The derivatives have the general formula (I) wherein R1 is an optionally mono or polyhalogenated aliphatic acyl group, a benzoyl or phenacetyl group which may carry on the phenyl residue one to three halogeno or alkyl substituents, an alcoxycarbonyl group, a phenoxy or benzyloxy-carbonyl group, an alkyl carbomoyl, phenylcarbamoyl or benzyl carbamoyl group, R2 is an optionally mono or polyhalogenated alkyl group, a phenyl or aralkyl group which may carry on the phenyl residue from one to three substituents selected amongst halogeno, hydroxy, méthoxy or benzyloxy, an indolyl, indolyl-methyl, cycloalkyl-alkyl or cycloalcenyl-alkyl group, R3 is a hydrogen atom or a methyl group and R4 is a hydrogen atom or a methyl group.
