PURPOSE:To form a micro-unevenness on a cutting face and to make the cutting face shape versatile by increasing the base level of a pulse laser output, oscillating the laser having two ways of laser outputs and projecting on the body to be worked via a work head. CONSTITUTION:The pulse (b) in an uneven state is generated for a pulse generator 2a by a pulse control circuit 3a. The pulse generator 2a performs to push up the pulse base level to the prescribed level value as well by the control of the pulse control circuit 3a. The pulse laser 1a whose laser output value varies alternately on each constant time is projected on the body 4a to be worked by a work head 1b. With the device of this composition the work face can be controlled optionally and an infiltration can be improved as well in welding.
