发明名称 MOLDING METHOD FOR ELECTRODE FOR BATTERY
摘要 PURPOSE:To form a battery electrode using a conductive high polymer as an active material continuously in good productivity, by forming a roll after sticking a constituent, consisting of the conductive high polymer, fluorocarbon resin, a conductive material and a solvent, onto a collector body. CONSTITUTION:After sticking a constituent, consisting of a conductive high polymer, fluorocarbon resin, a conductive material and a volvent, onto as collector body, roll forming takes place, and then press forming is carried out. As for the conductive high polymer, there are such ones as granular, filbril-form and pulverulent ones, for example, polyacetylene, polyparaphenylene, polypyrrole, etc., and there derivatives and so on. The conductive material covers the electric conductivity of the conductive high polymer, and it serves as improving the extent of battery performance, for example, there are metallic fines of copper or the like, a fiber and a net, or carbon such as carbon black, a carbon fiber, graphite, etc., and these mixtures, especially the carbon black is desirable because it has efficiency holding an electrolyte. The conductive material is used in the range of usual 2-40wt% of a dry electrode. As for the fluorocarbon resin, polytetrafluoroethylene and polychloro-trifluoroethylene are typical ones, and it is used in the range of usual 2-40wt% of the dry electrode.
