PURPOSE:To fix a reference table to a support table by applying pressure to a operating medium with a control mechanism and friction-coupling the coupling member of a coupling mechanism with the surface specifying the hole of the support table. CONSTITUTION:A reference table device 10 contains a reference table 12 to support a work and a pair of support tables 14 supporting the reference table 12. The reference table 12 is provided with a base table 16 and a pair of first shaft sections 18 which are provided at two opposing positions on the base table and serve as a reference of the diameter. The first shaft sections 18 have a common axis and are extended in opposite directions to each other from two opposing positions on the base table 16. A pressure plunger 30 to control the pressure of the operating medium is inserted into the first cylinder chamber 26 accessibly through the opposite side to the first shaft section 18. On the other hand, a sealing screw 32 preventing the leakage of the operating liquid from a chamber 28 is screwed into the female screw section 28a of the chamber 28 from the opposite side to the first shaft section 18. |
