DISK MEMORY REPRODUCING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To increase the access speed of a disk memory reproducer by reading a buffer memory at a speed equal to that set when an optical digital audio disk is revolved at a fixed linear speed. CONSTITUTION:An optical digital audio disk 1 is driven by a spindle motor 2 at a fixed linear speed. The data signals recorded on the disk 1 are read out by a pickup 3 and switched by a changeover switch S10 to be stored in a memory 4 or 5. Then the digital data signals stored in the memory 4 or 5 are switched by a S11 and supplied to an ECC circuit 7. Both switches S10 and S11 are switched with interlocking. The reading speed of the memory 4 or 5 is set at a level equal to that set when the disk 1 is revolved at a fixed linear speed. Thus an access is given to a disk memory reproducing device at a high speed.
