PURPOSE:To conduct oscillations having excellent efficiency by selecting an oscillation line by a plurality of prisms and feeding back the oscillation line by using a total reflection mirror. CONSTITUTION:(1) a copper vapor oscillator head, (2) an output mirror and (3) a wavelength selecting element are mounted into a laser oscillator, and laser beams generated are wavelength-selected by a prism 3, and fed back into a laser head by a total reflection mirror. The fed-back beams are brought to 510nm or 578nm by the angle of the total reflection mirror. Accordingly, a copper vapor laser oscillating in two wavelengths is oscillated in one wavelength, thus conducting oscillation having excellent efficiency. |
