PURPOSE:To make an original card by sticking an image and a film layer supporting the image constituting a photography to be treated which is obtained by an instant camera to a sticking agent layer of a transparent plastic sheet having the sticking agent layer on one side surface thereof, followed by integrating said sheet with the surface of a material to be written by sticking them with each other. CONSTITUTION:The photography 1 to be treated is obtd. by imaging the material to be written on a printing paper by the instant camera, and is composed of a multiple layer structure which is constituted from a mount 2, the film layer 3 and a photographic emulsion layer 4, etc. An image is formed on the photographic emulsion layer by exposing to light. Next, the transparent plastic sheet 5 is brought into contact with the surface of the photography 1. The transparent plastic sheet 5 is composed of a two layer structure consisting of a transparent polyester sheet 51 of the base film and a hot-melt type sticking agent 52. The transparent plastic sheet 5 which stickes the photographic image, etc., is sticked to the surface of a telephone card 6 which is the body to be written, followed by heating the telephone card 6 and the transparent plastic sheet 5 under the pressure, thereby increasing integrality of them. |
