A baking-grilling and smoking apparatus is provided in the region of its baking chamber with a closable opening to an ash box and with a heat-storing closure plate; a baking-chamber door adjustable in height for ventilation of the baking chamber, and a safety clamp (safety bow, safety hook) increase the operational safety of the apparatus.
