The control devices (EAP1, EAP2, EAP3 and ZSP) are connected to a central bus system (BUS1). They are partly in the form of active control devices (EAP1, EAP2, EAP3), which each have a microprocessor arrangement with its own decentralised bus system (BUS2). For a data transfer, the active control devices are allocated the central bus system by a bus manager device (BV) on demand. After a successful allocation, at least one of the active control devices (e.g. EAP1) can in this case disconnect each of the other control devices (EAP2, EAP3) from its respectively assigned decentralised bus system on receipt of a special control signal, and can itself access this decentralised bus system via the central bus system (BUSZ). <IMAGE>
