Single piece telecommunication cable and its cutting tool

The telecommunications cable has pairs of conductors (1) placed at the apexes of a regular polygon. The conductors are embedded in a homogeneous mass of dielectric material (3), which has an external surface with a symmetric contour relative to the axis of symmetry of the conductors. The external surface has longitudinal grooves (4) extending on a curve parallel to the conductors. The tool to strip the cable has a tubular carrier that slides over the outside of the cable. The interior of the tube has a cutting blade supported by the ends and spanning the diameter of the tube, dividing the cable in two as the tool is slid along the cable.
