摘要 PURPOSE:To correctly detect abnormality without any bias in an assumed parameter even when observed noises cannot be disregarded with an abnormality diagnosing device of a plant controlling system, by using an identifying device in which the method of generalized least squares is used. CONSTITUTION:Signals 7 and 8 prepared by sampling and quantizing the input- output signals of a control device to be diagnosed at a data collecting device are inputted into a noise model 38 as a signal string through delay devices 9 and 10, and generate a presumed noise signal 39 at the noise model 38 together with an output signal 8 and presumed parameter value 13. Auxiliary filters 25 and 29 input the input-output signals 7 and 8 and calculate auxiliary variables 26 and 30 and a following model 33 presumes an auxiliary output signal of present time by using input-output signal strings 28 and 32 and the parameter signal 13 of 1-step before. A parameter identifying device 37 corrects the parameter signal 13 based on a method of generalized least squares by using an error signal 36 calculated at a subtractor 35 and the auxiliary input-output signal strings 28 and 32.
