PURPOSE:To increase the resistance to electrolyte leakage from air holes in a positive case by interposing a water soluble adhesive between the positive case and air diffusion paper to fix them. CONSTITUTION:About 1.5g of water soluble adhesive 11 comprising methylcellulose or polyvinyl alcohol is applied to the inner bottom center of a positive case having air holes 8, and air diffusion paper 6 is inserted into the bottom and sticked, then a cell is assembled in a nomal way. The dislocation of the air diffusion paper during cell assembly is prevented, and the resistance to electrolyte leakage from the air holes in the positive case can be increased. |
