PURPOSE:To form recessed and projected patterns on the surface of a molded form simply, surely and freely, by a method wherein the recessed and projected patterns are formed on a strippable coating film, formed on the surface of a molding mold. CONSTITUTION:Strippable paint is coated on a female mold 2 to form a coating film 3. An embossing die 4, having recessed and projected patterns 4a, is pressed against the coating film 3. Thereafter, molds are clamped and glass fiber reinforced polyamide resin, heated to the temperature of 250 deg.C, is filled in a cavity 6, then, is heated and cured to mold a synthetic resin molded form 7. Thereafter, the molds are opened to release the synthetic resin molded form 7 together with the strippable coating film 3, then, the strippable coating film 3 is stripped whereby the synthetic resin molded form 7, provided with recessed and projected patterns 7a corresponding to the same patterns 3a of the strippable coating film 3, may be obtained. |
