PURPOSE:To obtain a photoelectric conversion device with which a color signal can be obtained with high resolution and high speed by outputting the color signal in accordance with the magnitude of a photocurrent obtained from photocurrent detecting electrodes by applying at least three different bias voltages to an optoelectric transducer. CONSTITUTION:A bias voltage output circuit 4 is a circuit which applies a DC bias voltage between bias field application electrodes 15 and 18. By the DC bias voltage, a bias field E is applied to the thickness direction of a photconductive film 12. A control circuit 3 reads a photocurrent detected by a detecting circuit 2 corresponding to the bias field E induced by the bias voltage output circuit 4. The control circuit 3 compares the magnitudes of the respective photocurrents mutually to output a color signal. Thus, by processing the respective photocurrents obtained corresponding to three different spectral characteristics (a), (b) and (c), a color signal such as, for instance, an RGB signal, can be obtained. |
