PURPOSE:To obtain an inexpensive and small-sized outdoor casing for a solar cell system which serves also as a louver, by a method wherein a sunshade plate having a jagged section is fitted to a casing installed outdoors, with a space from the casing, and a solar cell is formed on one slanting surface of the plate and a vent on the other. CONSTITUTION:A sunshade plate 25 having a jagged section is fitted to at least one of lateral surfaces or a top surface of an outdoor casing 10, spaced by a prescribed distance from the casing, and one slanting surface 25a of the sawtooth part of the sunshade plate is formed at a prescribed angle to sunray and provided with a solar cell 17a, while a vent 27 is formed in the other slanting surface 25b of the sawtooth of the sunshade plate. According to this construction, the sunshade plate functions as a supporting plate for the solar cell, and an apparatus is prevented from being large-sized. By forming the vent 27 in the sunshade plate, the plate is given also as a function of a louver, and thereby a cooling effect is further improved. |
