PURPOSE:To receive sufficient kinds of printing elements in a magazine without making the title apparatus large-scaled, by providing a first space for preliminarily receiving a plurality of printing elements, and a second space for receiving preparatory printing elements inserted manually to the magazine which is mounted on a carriage in a detachable manner, receives a plurality of printing elements and is capable of selecting one printing element to move the same to a printing part. CONSTITUTION:A guide shaft 32 extending along a forward and backward direction is provided to the lower part of a carriage 18 and a magazine 34 is mounted on said shaft 32 in a freely slidable manner along the forward and backward direction. The magazine 34 is divided into two spaces 34a, 34b arranged before and behind by a partition plate 36, and the rear side first space 34a is set so as to have a large size sufficient to receive a plurality of printing wheels 28a-28e usually used, and the front side second space 34b is set to a size sufficient to receive one pi character wheel 28f provided with a type not used in usual and used specially by manual insertion. |
