The invention relates to a case, for detonating a mine in a wet environment, of particularly inexpensive design, as well as to its method of manufacture. The case, forming a tubing which contains the explosive, is characterised in that it uses a thin-walled plastic tube 1, the said plastic tube being deformed and welded hot on its lower part so as to form a case impervious to any penetration of moisture coming from the outside environment. The manufacturing method employed uses squashing-welding or clamping-welding tools. <IMAGE>
