PURPOSE:To improve the extent of driving efficiency, by equalizing each polarity of magnetic poles at the side where magnets are opposed to each other, being installed in a part corresponding to both S and N poles of a solenoid coil in a vibrator, and installing a state core, consisting of a magnetic substance, interposingly between the solenoid coil and the vibrator. CONSTITUTION:A solenoid coil 1, a bobbin 2 and a yoke core 3 are all connected together by a side plates 5a and 5b. In a part corresponding to each inner circumferential end of yoke plates 4a and 4b of a fulcrum shaft 6, there are provided with magnets 7a and 7b, and each polarity of magnetic poles at the opposed side is set down to sameness. A state core 11, consisting of a magnetic substance, is installed interposingly between the solenoid coil 1 and a vibrator 10. Therefore, a resonance state between an alternating variation in an AC current and a vibration of the vibrator is achievable so that the driving efficiency of a pump is raisable. |
