The invention relates to a device for automatically and completely locking one or more points of a door with its frame, simply by slamming this door. It consists of two leaf 1 and frame 3 mechanisms which interpenetrate when the door closes, and self-lock without the use of a key, by the penetration of projecting members 6 of the leaf mechanism 1 into the frame mechanism 3, through slots 12, in which wedging mechanisms 8 trap and retain the said projecting members 6 under the pressure of springs 11, these projecting members being freed by opening the door using a device 10 for unwedging the frame mechanism 3, which, through projecting parts, act vertically on the wedging mechanisms 8, which, by moving apart, allow the projecting members 6 to be freed. The device according to the invention is in particular intended for locking swing doors. <IMAGE>
