Device for cooling semiconductors by vaporisation of a refrigerant, comprising recipients 2, 3, 4 for vaporisation of this fluid by heat exchange with the semiconductors 1A, 1B, 1C, 1D, a condenser 16 arranged at a level higher than that of the vaporisation recipients, ducts 6, 7, 8 for outlet of the vaporised fluid from the recipients to the condenser, and ducts 9, 13 for gravity return of the condensed fluid to the vaporisation recipients. These recipients are alternated with the semiconductors and are connected to a collector through the outlet and return ducts, this collector itself being connected to the condenser via passages for introducing the refrigerant and for its return. <IMAGE>
