Calorimetry device intended to receive a sample constituting part of the measuring cell of the device. This device, intended to receive a sample in thermal equilibrium with the surrounding medium, comprises an enclosure 2 brought to a reference temperature close to that of the surrounding medium, first thermistors 14 situated in contact with the inner face of the enclosure, which are capable of emitting a reference signal, a measurement signal 15 housed in the enclosure, consisting of the sample 6 equipped with second thermistors 16 capable of emitting a measurement signal, and an electronic circuit 22 for comparing the measurement and reference signals, the intermediate space 8 defined between the enclosure 2 and the sample 6 being filled with the surrounding medium, the thermistors and the intermediate space being such that the heat loss regime of the sample placed inside the enclosure is identical to that of the sample placed outside the enclosure. <IMAGE>
