PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve insulation property by forming a corrugated cut part in an end part of both side surfaces of a film layer in a molded coil, wherein a high-voltage wiring and a low voltage wiring are formed integrally by interposing a film layer whereon an insulating film is wound therebetween and they are cast in mold resin. SOLUTION: In a molded coil, an insulating film layer 9 with a corrugated cut part 10 in both side surface parts is formed between a high-voltage wiring 2 and a low-voltage wiring 3, and the high-voltage wiring 2 and the low-voltage wiring 3 are made integral and thereafter mold resin 6 is cast. The corrugated cut part 10 is formed continuously in the end part of both side surfaces in the longitudinal direction of a film 9a with a cut part which forms the film 9. Since a step is generated in the end part of both side surfaces, a creeping distance is increased, and adhesiveness between the mold resin 6 and an end of both side surfaces of the film 9a with a cut part is improved. Thereby, it is possible to prevent peeling of an interface between the mold resin 6 and the film 9a with a cut part, and to improve lightning impulse characteristic and commercial frequency withstand voltage characteristic.
