PURPOSE:To make it possible to mount the titled pallet changer on the exsisting machine tool by performing a pallet change between a pallet base an a pallet changer formed as a independent device from the machine tool with three hydraulic cylinders interlocked CONSTITUTION:A pallet hanger 10 comprises a base 34, change arms 12a, 12b, 14a, 14b for transferring a pallet by engagement a first turning shaft 44 for operating the change arms between the engaging position of the pallet and removing position thereof, and a fist cylinder device 30 for generating the turning motion of the shaft 44. In addition, the pallet changer 10 comprises a second shaft which can be shifted in the axial direction and turned freely to the base 34, a second cylinder for generating the axial shift of the second turning shaft and a third cylinder 32 for transferring the changer arms. Therefore, the pallets are transferred between the machine tool and a pallet base. |
