PURPOSE:To use the title camera within a wide energy range, by combining a collimator for high energy having a shield part mountable not only on a camera main body but also on the cut part of a shield member with the camera main body. CONSTITUTION:A scintillation camera 1 is constituted of a camera main body 2 and a collimator 4 for high energy mounted on the main body 2 on the side of the detector surface thereof by bolts 3a-3c in a detachable manner. When the radioactive isotope administered to a body to be examined is a low and medium energy nuclide, the radioactive rays emitted from the head part of the body to be examined are detected by the main body 2 in such a state that the collimator 4 is not mounted on the main body 2. When the radioactive isotope administered to the body to be examined is a high energy nuclide, the collimator 4 is mounted on the main body 2 and, in such a state that the shield part 4a provided to the collimator is mounted to the cut part of a shield member 22, the high energy radioactive rays emitted from the head part of the body to be examined are guided to the detection part of the main body 2 through the collimator hole 4b of the collimator 4 and detected.
