PURPOSE:To integrate a thin plate part and a thick tooth profile part without the need for welding at all by thickening in the prescribed dimension by overlapping the necessary part on the outer periphery and forming a tooth profile by a gear rolling device with a plastic deformation. CONSTITUTION:A disk 1 is punched from the same 2.0-3.0mm plate thickness with the thin plate part of a driving plate at a blanking stage and drawn in a cup shape 2 with the prescribed die at the drawing stage. The outer peripheral part is then bent in a triple or quadruple thickness 4a at the outer periphery bending stage, closely fitting to a cup-shaped bottom face part and the disk outer periphery is thickened. A tooth part 6a is then formed by a gear rolling device on the outer peripheral part of a driving plate blank 4 at the rolling stage. At the following heat treatment stage the heat treatment of hardening, etc. is performed for improving the strength, wear resistance of the tooth part 6, the forming of a fitting part 8a is thereafter performed and the deflection of the fitting part 8 of the plate part is removed as well. The driving plate is thereafter manufactured by forming with a blanking die a fitting hole 10a and stress relaxing hole 10b on the plate part. |
