摘要 PURPOSE: A dielectric ceramic composition and its preparation method are provided, wherein the composition can be calcined at a low temperature of 950 deg.C and has a high dielectric constant. CONSTITUTION: The dielectric ceramic composition is an MgO-CaO-TiO2-based dielectric ceramic composition comprising 10-20 wt% of a borosilicate-based glass oxide and an alkali metal oxide. Preferably the borosilicate-based glass oxide is a mixture of SiO2 and B2O3 in the ratio of 6:4 to 7:3 by weight; and the alkali metal oxide is a mixture of Na2O, MgO and Li2O. The method comprises the steps of weighing MgTiO3 and CaTiO3 powder, ball milling the weighed one and calcining the milled one to prepare a dielectric calcined powder with the composition of MgO-CaO-TiO2; adding the borosilicate-based glass oxide and the alkali metal oxide to the dielectric calcined powder and pulverizing and mixing the mixture to prepare a mixture powder; molding the mixture powder; and sintering the molded one at a temperature of 900-950 deg.C.
