PURPOSE:To attain the communication between operators in a timing as early as possible by providing a means applying talking reservation and storing a routine text stored in a storage means to a terminal equipment whose operator is absent as a picture data if the operator is absent and no talking is enabled. CONSTITUTION:Memories l, 2 connected to an MPU 3 store various kinds of routine texts aud telephone numbers of lines to which each equipment is connected. The storage form of the memories 1, 2 is according to a character code. Then a talking reservation means is used and one operator requests the talking reservation, and if other operator is absent and no talking is attained, the routine text stored in the means 1, 2 is recorded at a terminal equipment whose operator is absent as the picture data. Thus, the operator whose is absent at the reservation can apply proper action such as telephone call to the reserved party. |
