PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for effectively enhancing a contour by locally extracting a signal to be used for contour enhancement by parameters and performing coring and limiter processing so as not to cause folded distortion. SOLUTION: A waveform signal is locally extracted from a signal to be used for contour enhancement by using each parameter for amplitude, period and phase and a contour enhanced signal in which the folded distortion is prevented is generated by applying coring processing and limiter processing to the locally extracted waveform signal. |
